Web and Flo provides support via a range of channels. These are primarily Email, Telephone and our Wiki.

Web and Flo run an ITIL compliant Service Desk with phone support accessed through a local, toll-free number.

Customers can choose from a range of support plans which provide a range of response times and access to specific staff.  Typical support tasks covered include best practice within workflows, technical questions and Kontinuum project implementations. Customers under a maintenance plan have access to the latest software releases which include updated functionality and any relevant patches.
